MK Pilates with Michael King and Malcolm Muirhead has moved my Pilates teaching and business to the next level! I am a chartered physiotherapist and I previously trained as a pilates teacher with the APPI. I was intrigued by the detail, support, and fun of the many live-streamed classes that I attended with Michael and Malcolm in 2020 and I went on to complete their MK Pilates bridging course to learn the MK Pilates method that I now use daily in my teaching.  

As well as improving my knowledge of the Pilates method in a very supportive environment by attending their classes, courses, members days, and Devon technique weekends my own movement and demonstration have really improved too. Along the way, I am also really enjoying their barre and spirals classes. It’s great to be taught by such dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic Pilates presenters who are also so helpful, patient, and kind to all of us in the MK members community.

Working with MK Pilates has inspired me. Michael and Malcolm have changed the way I think and feel about pilates; the way I consider movement and, ultimately, the way I teach. Their passion for teaching is evident - always positive, always motivating and always precise - whilst simultaneously encouraging students to find their own personal style. Their training and classes are highly focused on technique whilst their added creativity helps me to go the extra mile. I have learnt so much from them and genuinely look forward to my sessions with them. Thanks guys!
