Hi! Ive trained comprehensively with MK since 1999 . As a tutor I work closely with Michael and Malcolm to run comprehensive MK teacher training in the north of England. I had a background in training fitness professionals before discovering Pilates. I have a degree in Art and a postgraduate masters degree in Dance and Somatic Wellbeing, I'm a Bowen therapist ECBS, and RSME with ISMETA. My passion is supporting somatic awareness through Pilates as an embodied movement practice. The other side of my life is as an art practitioner.
