Pilates and Pelvis Mobility focuses on restoring and improving movement in the pelvic area to support better posture, balance, and control. The pelvis acts as the body’s centre of movement, linking the spine and lower limbs. Limited mobility here often leads to stiffness in the lower back or hips and affects the body’s overall alignment. This session teaches awareness of pelvic placement, how to find a neutral position, and how to move efficiently through tilting, rotation, and stability exercises. Through controlled Pilates movements and focused breathing, you learn to release tension, strengthen deep stabilisers, and improve the connection between the core and lower body. The result is smoother motion, greater ease in daily activities, and a stronger foundation for all other Pilates work.
