Here at My Academy, we are the new home of MK Pilates and we have over 45 years of teaching the Pilates Method and work with some of the best experts in their different fields bringing Educational courses and workshops in Pilates and different Group Ex Programmes We offer live online classes, and well as recorded classes and we also organise events and retreats around the world.
