About the event
MK PILATES STUDIO APPARATUS FOUNDATION DIPLOMA
Duration: 72 teaching hours, 3 weekends. May 2-4 : June 6-8: July 4-6
Introducing the new MK Pilates Studio Systems Foundation training program designed to meet the real needs of the Pilates Instructor by focusing on both exercise and skill development needed to stand out in the Pilates Studio job market.
The training includes the 5 core Pilates Studio instruments; Reformer (Basic & Intermediate Repertoire), Cadillac (Basic & Intermediate Repertoire), Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector. During the training you will be provided with all the necessary exercises and learn how to teach each practitioner in a Personal Training environment or a class of practitioners (Small Group Training up to 5 people at a time) with quality according to their needs using all the basic pieces of equipment.
