Level 3 Reformer is a nationally recognised qualification awarded by Active IQ, designed to develop your skills in teaching safe and effective Reformer Pilates sessions.
This course requires prior completion of a Level 3 Matwork qualification, ensuring you have the foundational knowledge of the Pilates method before progressing to equipment-based training.
Delivered over two focused weekends and supported by comprehensive online learning, the course covers all required content in a structured and accessible format. You will build a clear understanding of Reformer set-up, exercise technique, and programme design, enabling you to work confidently with a range of clients.
The course places strong emphasis on client assessment, posture analysis, and appropriate exercise selection. You will refine your cueing, learn how to adapt movements for individual needs, and apply the Pilates method in a clear and professional way.
