Matwork Level 3 is an intensive pathway designed for teachers who want to advance their Pilates teaching without committing to a full extended timetable. Delivered over two focused weekends, this course covers the key elements of the full Matwork Three Diploma, supported by comprehensive online learning.
You will develop a deeper understanding of client assessment, posture analysis, and programme design, allowing you to work with greater precision and confidence. The course places strong emphasis on refining your cueing, adapting exercises for individual needs, and applying the Pilates method in a clear, structured way.
Through a blend of face-to-face training and ongoing online support, you will be guided to build effective, safe, and purposeful one-to-one sessions. This format allows you to learn at your own pace while still benefiting from direct teaching, feedback, and practical application.
