Matwork Stage One (Hybrid)

Matwork Stage One covers the history and origins of Pilates, the development of the modern Principles and where Matwork Pilates belongs within the whole family of the Pilates Method.  We guide you to an understanding of the principles and how to teach with the Principles, and work with a foundation repertoire of exercises in these principles to create safe and effective group classes for healthy individuals.

You have the choice to take the whole course online or join us on March 24th in Glasgow also you are able to pay for this course as a stand-alone and then continue with Matwork Stage Two & Three when you are ready or commit to the full diploma. Please speak to us about our payment plans if needed
