MK Pilates Matwork Stage One

The dates for this course are 

Module One 14th -15th September

Module Two 21st-22nd September 

Matwork Stage One covers the history and origins of Pilates, the development of the modern Principles and where Matwork Pilates belongs within the whole family of the Pilates Method.  We guide you to an understanding of the principles and how to teach with the Principles, and work with a foundation repertoire of exercises in these principles to create safe and effective group classes for healthy individuals.

While we encourage a full commitment to the diploma to harness the full spectrum of its benefits, we also recognise the necessity for adaptable financial options. Thus, we provide the opportunity to pay for each course within the diploma individually, as you progress. This option is designed to ease the financial commitment, allowing you to manage your investment at a pace that suits your personal and professional circumstances.
