Matwork Stage Two Programme Introduction Matwork Stage Two is a comprehensive programme tailored for Pilates teachers, introducing over 34 original Pilates movements along with the MK Pilates modifications and variations. This course is designed to expand your teaching repertoire, enabling you to progress your fundamental group Matwork clients towards a more challenging and traditional Pilates repertoire, all within the framework of the Michael King Method protocols. In-Depth Movement Study: Explore each movement in detail, including transitions, appropriate stretching, and class formatting.
Difficulty Rating System: Collaboratively develop a difficulty rating for each movement to facilitate effective class planning for different skill levels.
Enhanced Teaching Skills: Focus on refining teaching skills, deepening anatomical knowledge, and encouraging self-practice. The course aims to identify areas for improvement in your technique and teaching practice.
Comprehensive Homework and Self-Study: Assignments and self-study components are integral to reinforcing learning and practical application.
