Movement for Life is an eight-part professional development series that explores how movement can improve health, wellbeing and longevity. Combining Pilates, functional movement and healthy ageing principles, these practical workshops provide teachers with the knowledge and confidence to help clients move more efficiently, remain active and enjoy a better quality of life.
