Event Schedule from 10 AM to 5 PM each day, with a one-hour lunch break.
Saturday, 12th October:
10:00 AM: Engage in a Pilates matwork class with Michael King to enhance your practice.
11:15 AM: Introduction workshop of the spine fitter from Sissel.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch Break
1:30 PM: Mastering the Art of Cueing: Enhancing Precision in Pilates Movements
