Elevate your Pilates Barre experience at 11:15 AM in a class with Michael, followed by his Floor Barre workshop at 1:30 PM. If you're more intrigued by the idea of a fusion class, join Malcolm's Chair fusion with props workshop.

End your day on a high note with a Miniball class hosted by Malcolm at 3:45 PM that promises a dynamic fusion of strength and flexibility.

SUNDAY, DAY 2: Greet the new day at 9 AM with Michael's Pilates for men (Mat), or choose Malcolm's Reformer fusion workshop to discover innovative ways to integrate props and accessories.

At 11:15 AM, Malcolm invites you to join him in exploring Spine therapy on the Cadillac. Simultaneously, Michael will delve into the often overlooked, but crucial area of Pilates – the Pelvic Floor.

Finally, round off this incredible weekend with Michael's Pilates Flow class at 2:30 PM, and wrap it up beautifully with a relaxing Pilates stretch session with Malcolm at 3:45 PM.
