We're thrilled to announce the highly-anticipated Pilates event of the year happening this weekend in the stunning Montevideo, Uruguay! Come and immerse yourself in a transformative journey of movement with Michael King and Malcolm, two internationally renowned Pilates masters.
SATURDAY, DAY 1: Kick off your day with dual workshops at 9 AM. Choose between Malcolm's mat workshop on managing prolapsed discs in the Lumbar & Thoracic area or join Michael for a studio session on effective strategies in Reformer rehab.
Elevate your Pilates Barre experience at 11:15 AM in a class with Michael, followed by his Floor Barre workshop at 1:30 PM. If you're more intrigued by the idea of a fusion class, join Malcolm's Chair fusion with props workshop.
End your day on a high note with a Miniball class hosted by Malcolm at 3:45 PM that promises a dynamic fusion of strength and flexibility.
