Pilates Soulful Sunday: Pressing Pause

There are times when I step away from being productive. I give myself permission to slow down. That might mean making a cup of tea and actually sitting down to enjoy it. It could be going for a short walk outside, breathing in the air, and letting my body reset.
Pilates work is non stop, and I enjoy that rhythm, but switching off is vital. These moments are my pause button. A small luxury that allows me to reconnect without the constant rush. When I stop, breathe, and notice the world around me, I feel more present.
It is simple things that make the difference. Taking a deep breath. Watching the sky change colour. Feeling the ground under my feet. Allowing time to rest gives me space to relax and appreciate the moment.
